Dr. Stanley Byrd is a servant leader with over 25 years of experience serving institutions, including non-profits, community-based organizations, higher education, and healthcare throughout the greater Rochester Metropolitan Area and New York City.
His expertise encompasses leadership development, professional and personal coaching, strategic planning, human resources management, training and development, organizational development, diversity, equity, and inclusion training, and program development. Byrd can work at both the strategic level, assessing an organization,and at the minutiae, executing effective processes, solutions, and programs.
A Certified Associate Coach through the International Coach Federation, a Certified Relational Trauma Coach through BEAbove, Inc., and a Certificate in Applied Neuroscience through the Neuroscience School, Dr. Byrd approaches coaching with a unique blend of empathy and emotional intelligence. His techniques for engaging with individuals draw on emerging leadership coaching and training that incorporate neuroscience and trauma-informed practices. He is a master relationship builder passionate about empowering and assisting individuals to maximize their potential. Byrd is intrinsically motivated and a process- and outcomes-driven problem-solver. Dr. Byrd is a graduate of Saint John Fisher University, from which he earned a Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership.
