Working with Stanley as my coach has been inspiring, innovative, and just plain fun! During our first session, Stanley listened as I laid out my plan for some projects that I wanted to accomplish over the next few months and how those projects are incorporated into my personal life and well-being. After I told my story, Stanley asked me a few questions, like where I want to go with the projects, my thoughts on how to accomplish those goals, and how they would connect and center me spiritually on my journey to completion.
Since working with Stanley, I’ve accomplished many of my goals, and projects have been completed with little to no effort. There are times when I go with the flow and continue to create. Now that I’m more open and focused, both professionally and spiritually, things that I considered a chore in the past have become fun, creative, and inspirational.
Coaching with Stanley has opened my mind to clearer creative thinking. I also feel I’ve gained a better perspective on my life, and the day-to-day things I do are more integrated into everything, making life and its many tasks easier to deal with and accomplish or overcome. Stanley has provided me with the tools to take anything, looking at my challenges and meeting them head-on, instead of procrastinating and letting things fall by the wayside. He is quick to call or sometimes Zooms with me to support me on my path. His coaching guidance has made a huge difference in my life.

I approached my coaching period with Stanley with apprehension as to how he could help me solve the challenges I had with my manager. By the start of the third session, I was so excited to continue the coaching sessions.
